Jonah Marais (& Friends) Live!

This weekend over at the Green Room, I had the opportunity to participate in the VIP M & G before the show began. Shortly after we entered the venue, myself and the 50 or so other fans were ushered to a small lounge area backstage. Here we were able to see Jonah perform a few songs, and answer our questions as he walked around the room. This experience gave fans 15 minutes to hang out with one of their favorite artists.

I personally loved this compared to other artists who immediately jump into the meet and greet portion, because it gave fans time to calm their nerves and eliminate any awkwardness they might have before meeting a stranger they idolize. I also have nothing but kind words to say about how much time, effort, and care he gave to meeting his fans including hugs and chatting briefly.

The show had an incredible atmosphere and vibe with the lighting and decorations (Props to the Green Room). It was also a fun night to hear more Minnesotan artists, including Colin Bracewell and Whistler Isaiah.

The vocals, instrumentals, and amazing setlist make for an incredible night you won’t want to miss again.
